Was going to do a four star review as they didn't initially have the bed I was interested in on the shop floor but even someone as fussy as me can see how impossible it would be to carry that much stock.  The advice and subsequent service pushed me to 5 stars.  Well done and thanks, will definitely use this store again

Went in to this store with my disabled mother to buy her a new bed, and the staff could not have been more helpful, they had a chair lift at the back of the store to help get her upstairs and the man who served us never rushed us at all.  My mum said he made her feel really important as he didn't just talk to me which is what normally happens when we go shopping.  Thanks for that
