After the initial ordering problem, which was quickly dealt with, the delivery went smoothly and the bed is fab!! Bed was easy and quick to build and looks lovely. Eleanor dealt with my enquiries very effectively and she is the reason I will be ordering another bed later in the year when I decorate the master bedroom. I would recommend Bed SSE for quality and good customer service.

Eleanor was very pleasant and helpful. I required help when deciding to order 4 x dining room chairs. Eleanor asked the relevant questions, her knowledgeable and experienced is impeccable. Ordered a mattress and bed for next day delivery. The mattress came but not the bed. The next day, two out of three packages for the bed were delivered, without warning. I made the driver aware who responded “I have two, call them”. I called twice during the day to confirm delivery and was told the missing package would arrive by 6pm - it didn’t. No customer service on weekend and no contact/tracking with the courier means I don’t have a bed that I’ve paid for and have no idea when it will turn up. Buyer beware, order elsewhere.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Didn't fulfill next day delivery. Look at all other reviews regarding next day delivery. Trust me, I'm not the only one. Thankful it never arrived! Was only then told to pay for cost of delivery, as I 'refused' delivery as it was sent on a day I had not requested BECAUSE I WAS WORKING. They failed to meet agreed delivery date, so tried charging me 40 pound for the pleasure.

Bedsos are easy to order from. They deliver your order when they say they will. Delivery man brought my order right into the flat. I would order again.
