I have never experienced such poor customer service . I have been on hold to this company for one hour after giving up. 69 year old gentleman has been standing in his empty flat for hours waiting for delivery. He has given up after waiting 6h. Delivery time was never confirmed. No phone call, no reply to email or messages on Facebook. Unacceptable behaviour, how are they still running I have no idea.
DONT USE - More hassle than it’s worth. Arranged delivery for today. Called this morning and got confirmation from bedsos that delivery was today all day but delivery was in 2 parts. Asked for a phone call before delivery - didn’t happen. Waited in all day but delivery never came! No answer on phone lines. Jokers! Avoid!
The promise of next-day delivery is false. Customer service don't reply to emails or pick up the phone after 30 minutes. Joke of a company.
**STAY AWAY** This company need to stop advertising products that they can't deliver. They advertise products they don't have in stock and when you try to speak to them lie, over and over again. You will end up having to get a charge back through your card company. They need to be stopped. Please don't spend your money with thus unscrupulous company.
Purchased: Emporia 6ft Super King Size Monaco Oak Ottoman Storage Bed I was cautious shopping here due to some of the negative reviews. I read the positives too and decided to order. I called their customer service line, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, double checked the stock and reassured me that the delivery window is accurate and it was! Arrived exactly a week later, the delivery men were also very helpful and carried all 5 boxes upstairs super heavy. Ensure to check your text messages as all delivery communication is done via text. Not to mention the bed itself is stunning, great quality and fairly priced! Highly recommend BedSOS
Absolute joke company. Stay away from them. They lie about the delivery time frames, on top of that it took them 1 month to give us the refund. And there is a super rude and arrogant person on the phone called Eleanor who lies about everything and has no manners or customer service awareness.
My advise would be not to order from this company, if you hope to receive your order at least near to your the expected delivery date. The bed we ordered was clearly advertised as available for next day delivery, as you do, we took that with caution and ordered with four working days notice to the date required. We received an order confirmation, advising our delivery would be made in two days, then nothing. Until we called today the expected delivery date to be advised that the bed was not in stock and would not be delivered for a further two weeks. No offer of compensation, just an offer of refund for the order, four days after the order was made. My review out of 5. Prices: 4 Logistics: 0 Customer service: 0 Product quality: NA - Did not receive the product Overview: You get what you pay for
Terrible terrible experience so far which is still ongoing ! Ordered bed roughly a week ago for next day delivery . Was then told it would arrive for a few days . The bed frame was delivered the following day without warning ! Not only that but the headboard was missing . After taking a day off work for the headboard it came badly damaged . I'm still waiting for the replacement which i was assured would come today. I've taken another day off today and it hasn't arrived ! It says on the order tracker they tried to deliver and left a card which is complete lies!! I was given a gesture if goodwill refund of £10 which probably won't even cover the cost of the premium rate contact number I've had to call chasing them. So we are still sitting without a bed and have no idea when we will receive it as we simply can't keep staying in the house all day hoping they will show up! This company has completely stressed our family out , although they like to blame the couriers maybe they should think about changing them ! Avoid this company EDIT thanks for replying Danny but I have already contacted via email the order was done under my partners name Louise Chalmers if you looked you would see the emails of complaint from me including the pictures of the damage
We had a bed on order processed, opted for express/next day delivery, email confirmation arrived. No delivery slot give on day of delivery, checked confirmation email which confirmed delivery for this day, waiting until 11am when I called the team who answered promptly, the one positive from this company they told me that the bed wouldn’t be being delivered so they knew this !!! and they’d sent an email ... which they hadn’t. The bed was out of stock and they couldn’t tell us how long until it would be back out for delivery. So this company allows you to purchase items they don’t even know if they have in stock and even process express/ND delivery. Don’t waste your time or money with ordering anything from here....
Ordered a mattress and bed for next day delivery. The mattress came but not the bed. The next day, two out of three packages for the bed were delivered, without warning. I made the driver aware who responded “I have two, call them”. I called twice during the day to confirm delivery and was told the missing package would arrive by 6pm - it didn’t. No customer service on weekend and no contact/tracking with the courier means I don’t have a bed that I’ve paid for and have no idea when it will turn up. Buyer beware, order elsewhere.
