Excellent customer service; my initial email enquiry and follow up questions were all answered by Mike Dowson within 12 hours. Mike has been extremely helpful throughout. Mike agreed to match the price quoted by competitors. Again on the phone Mike was very helpful in completing my order and ensuring that I was kept fully informed of the progress. He also made sure the goods (bathroom taps) were dispatched before he went on leave. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend Homecare Heating Supplies Ltd. Many companies say they give good customer service, here’s one that actually delivers it and not just “good” but “excellent”.

I've been using this bathroom supplier for over 16 years and can't fault anything. The showroom is always fitted out to a high standard and really shows off the products they sell. I like the fact you can grab a drink or a sandwich from the onsite cafe. Ask for Gary or Billy.
