I have just had my car serviced by North Down and can’t praise them enough. They couldn’t give me a 100% fixed price over the phone because they only changed the parts that actually need changing so saving considerable cost and I’m sure far better for our environment. They were very quick and a great price. It’s wonderful to finally find a garage who are honest and value the customer. Highly recommended.
As a returning customer....I have purchased a total of 5 cars since 2012..I can only hold North Down Motors in high regard for their quality cars, efficient workmanship and superb first class customer service. As a family owned business they strive to accommodate the customers every need, as shown in my most recent purchase. Again I can only praise the customer service I received, in not only, when purchasing my new vehicle but also on a returning basis when my car is due a service.....no underhanded jargon...just basic, simple, understandable and most importantly honest information in resolving any query or concern. If only all companies adopted this approach. The majority of purchases have been made with the help and service provided by Ian and I wouldn’t deal with anyone else considering the lengths that Ian goes to, in providing the highest customer service and knowledge to enable the customer to make an informed decision. After reading a recent review, I can only guess that people want more than what their vehicle is actually worth. Unfortunately in this world there will always be people that want more due to unrealistic views, demands and a must have mentality. As regards my next purchase I will not be going anywhere else and I would advise others, not just to take my word/review, but visit North Down Motors and see for yourself and make your OWN opinion.
I couldn't recommend NDM highly enough. My husband and I both had our cars serviced here recently - customer service was second to none and they are very competitively priced. I doubt we will ever take our cars anywhere else.
Just bought a 2017 Audi A5 off North Down Motors and must say it was alot easier than I expected. The entire process given the current COVID situation was made incredible simple. Collected the car and it was emmaculate and they gave me a decent price for my old car. They even MOT'd the car for me as a condition of sale and gave 6 months warranty. Honestly couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be recommended them to friends and family in the future
Went in and viewed car. Owner, Ian, was belittling and taking the piss out of other customers behind their back whilst I was sitting across from him. Never got back to me about the car again after, not surprised or disappointed by this.
Jonny and team are brilliant to deal with. Bought a BMW £3850 and had a minor problem with it, and i got five star treatment. Would highly recommend north down motors.

Constantly ignoring my emails about a spare key for my car. Did not provide one and keep ignoring me when asking about one. Really disappointed in this
Sticks to selling price refuses compromise which is a shame as they would make far more sales. Advised they are like a supermarket where the price marked is what it stays at. Not a good way to do business in this market, in my opinion.
Picked my ford galaxy up from north down motors today and im absolutely delighted with the quality and standard of customer service they provided from start to finish ..excellent thank you very much
