Called in with my Dad for a nosey.. and a possible trade in against a motor. And had 2 guys diagnose an issue with my Golf. Had it not been detected I would prob have a bigger issue to deal with. Drove home with my heart in my mouth but we made it & it's in the garage. Seem to be genuine guys. Thanks!

Bought car, 2 months later had to get exhaust replaced. Then just out of the 6 month warranty had to get head gasket water pump thermostat and timing chain fixed which my mechanic said to me the head gasket had been worked at before. Now 10months after getting head gasket fixed it's showing signs of head gasket failure again. Sitting on my drive can't drive it. Nothing but a headache since I bought it. Perhaps the cars should be thoroughly tested before taking them in and selling them to people!

Bmw x5 m sport.love it. From entering your sales yard no hassle no pressure. viewing the x5. As trading my jeep stuart handed me the keys of x5 take it 4 test run no driving test situation when the rep ect tags all making nervous. On return of test drive again perfect simple as here your jeep keys back take as long as ya want looking around the bodywork anything ya spot be repaired. Fussy as I am took ages small crack on rear bumper seat belt clicker back seat. When approached stuart no problem personally wasn't looking money off rather repair and I would buy. Was collecting nxt Fri if work was done. Tues that week stuart had updated me on new rear bumper not repaired as receipt of proof. New rear seat belt clicker also receipt. Collection of jeep hassle free again, brill service. Walk around jeep he explained all work that I had pointed out was done. Another test drive he said I was happy not 2 but he said work away. 2 my surprise the tank was max full. Nice touch. Was 45mile on 1st drive.i have 2 say the transfer of trade and buy was 1hr 10mins. Within that time my daughter and wife got sweets tea. Within a lounge based area. The lads from the workshop clean up crew going out of there way 2 have a laugh with them ect. Think they were stealing the sweets lol. Allgood reports for bm auto exchange. Only issue I have with them they can't fix the mpg in sport mode.oh the jeep I was trading Was a 2006 range nothing special 155thousand miles.
