From the first meeting we were impressed,the time and resource that were supplied even though at that stage we were only shopping around and getting quotes. The detail and explanations to our queries answered but it never felt like a sales pitch. The choice of colours patterns and finishes are fantastic. A realistic time scale was provided after an order was place. The time scale was exact!! As was the appointment time for fitting! We have a little one who was due a nap, the fitters were great working around us, putting her blind up first and working so quietly and professionally throughout the house. Our blinds are amazing we love them and couldn't be happier!! Thank you Charisma Blinds.

Always helpful I have used Charisma blinds in Bangor a few times over the last few years and always find them very pleasant and helpful. They have a vast amount of window blinds in all styles and are always willing to give good advice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
