Different locum GP's every week, no continuity of care, waiting area full of people not wearing masks, shambolic prescription ordering service that left me as an asthmatic without inhalers whilst I had Covid - receptionist told me I had to book an appt for these that took a wait of 3 days when the inhalers should have been on my repeat prescriptions. Avoid this practice!
What a fantastic GP surgery. From Steven on reception to Julie on the phone, the practice nurse and all the doctors are just magnificent. They provide a first class visible service and are always available.
This is a review of Dr. HENDERSON I was very pleasantly surprised by the human approach of this doctor, his friendly demeanor and his efforts to explain the problem and help. One of the best GPs I have ever met.
Been with this practice around a year now after a terrible experience with one nearby and so far it has been great! Never wait too long to speak to anyone and when I do the receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.
