It seems my review has gone! How is this possible. Can they remove a terrible review. It seems they can. Think twice before using this dentist. My teeth and mouth have been ruined by Roxana Punga. What a terrible, dentist she is. Uncaring, clumsy, useless, I would say has no experience whatsoever. 5 months after she ruined my mouth, plus my tooth had to be removed with her inadequate treatment. I' m still suffering. I wonder how long it will take for them to remove this review. If im suffering so can they.

On my first visit to register with the practice having rung ahead to ask about opening times, when I arrived I was told they were closed. Only after explaining I had been told they were open until 19.00 was I allowed in to register. At my first appointment I was kept waiting for an hour before finally meeting my designated GP Dr King. I did not feel listened to, I felt rushed and left feeling judged. Not a pleasant experience and should I ever feel in need of emotional support I would not feel safe speaking to Dr King.

What a disgrace this places can never get an appointment because the receptionists are playing doctors and nurses and making decisions whether or not you deserve 8 appointment today or not absolutely disgusting they have training days from 1 till 2 but doesn't say that the phone it says they've closed today for training rude staff useless doctors very very unsatisfactory disgrace
