For the third time in a row I have been given a date and time for an appointment which has been confirmed to then go in on that day at the time I’m told to find out I have been booked in at a completely different time or a different day. When I have said about this they have not been helpful and said nothing about it. I have no problems with the doctors it’s always the receptionist not very happy about this repeatedly happening and nothing being done when I complain.

Great Surgery, with caring doctors who actually listen!!   Sometimes the phones are busy but that to be expected sometimes, especially in a Surgery at the heart of Newton. 

Highly recommend.
