Spaces very small and hence somebody reversed into the side of my car yesterday.  They didn't have the courtesy to stop or leave a note on my car. Luckily this was witness by a very kind person who had it all recorded on their dash cam.

Very handy little car park just off the main high street, only holds 38 cars but at £2 for 2 hours very reasonable for Southend.

Doesn't get 5 stars as I don't love it and I find the Mobon parking app not the greatest.nnBut it does the job, at peak hours sometimes you have to wait for a space.nnCurrently it is 20p for half an hour.

Small car park, but usually plenty of room in the evenings if you're visiting friends or family in the neighbourhood, as I do. Otherwise parking is practically impossible in the area.

Great carpark, cheap parking. Didn't know it was there till we went to the theatre.
