Please be aware, NCP will refer any PCN straight to a debt collector without sending you any PCNs beforehand. They will lie and claim they did send the PCN to you. They work with Trace Debt Recovery who are the lowest of the low.
Parked after rush hour and paid £3.50 for the day loads of spaces. Parked and walked into Southend and had food in the arches had food in the sea breeze great food great walk.

Beware!!!!!!!! ANPR is active here, have a flat tyre and pull for an emergency and you WILL be fined despite evidence you may have! Drive in and drive out , you will be fined! This is nothing but a cash cow. For parking its fine as long as you pay, for anything else like an emergency do not enter! They are souless!
