Cant even get in to get a prescription never mind an appointment... im not sure if its the same everywhere at the minute but you wont see a doctor here
My Doctor is good at this GP. But some of the women not all of them but some operating the telephone service aren't! I understand they are busy, but putting down the phone without saying 'bye' it's bad considering it takes less then 1 second to say BYE!
Why can everybody else get on with meeting people except your local family practice doctors hospitals staff dentist taxi drivers and shops etc is it because they think they are a privileged organisation?
Ive been at this practice my entire life and never had a bad word to say until now. Absolutely awful service so unhelpful. I get pressure thanks to covid but come on its the excuse for everything they dont want to do now. Patient care is definitely not high on the list of priorities at this practice well maybe were certain staff are concerned absolutely no empathy definitely in the wrong job.
Woman that picks up the phone could improve her service meaning friendliness. Instead the young receptionist is one of the best.
