I wouldn’t recommend to buy any business through NEC as I believe they don’t know how to value the business. The price they advertise is highly inflated.I have been negotiating one deal with them since January 2022 when the business was advertised for £400k. In February 2023 business was reduced to £250k and still that business is not worth what they advertised for specially the property price which is higher than its market value which was advised by Richard himself. Still I was happy to pay full asking  price and I have shown Proof of funds and mortgage decision  and requested further financial details from NEC but they didn’t provide. After chasing numerous time to Richard, Jennifer asked to provide proof of fund again which was very frustrating and finally get an email saying that seller is not willing to provide any further financial information. I didn’t understand their work ethic. I would avoid this company going forward for my business search.

Quality service from the team. There were some tough times but this company got us there. Thanks from thyme square cafe
