I have been dealing with this agency for the last 3 years. I believe it is run/led by all women team. They are all efficient... and had no issues so far. I would highly recommend them.

Really great service from all the team at Trading Places from start to finish. They helped me with my property search and unlike some other agents were never pushy. Once I found the right place they kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The staff were always friendly and responsive and I would certainly recommend them.

Being in the property business I deal with a lot of estate agents and without a doubt I would say Trading Places in Whitley Bay have been one of the best  estate agents I have dealt with. Tracey who handled my purchase, from start to finish was kind , helpful and very professional.  Her knowledge of the real estate business was exceptional. I would definitely recommend  Trading Places to anyone.

I can honestly say that every dealing I have had with Lauren and her team has been a joy. No request, query or job is too small and is done super fast, super smiley and super well. My tenancy has been smooth and effortless since the start and I would wholeheartedly recommend renting, buying or selling with the jewel in the Whitley Bay property agent crown.

I don't know where to start with this company. We have so many thanks to give them.  This wonderful company and team helped me and my family find our dream house and nothing is to much trouble. They  are on the other end of the phone with anything we need. The owners of the house work closely with trading places in making sure everything is done to a high safe  standard in regards to our home.  We plan on staying here and our forever home but if we did plan on moving on trading places would be our first port of call for any property!
