Amazing tasting menu with wine pairing. Especially enjoyed the chicken celeriac barley dish. A chill atmosphere, good service.
Just been back to Norn and had another fantastic meal. A recent redecoration has improved the ambience and elevated the experience. The food as before was delicious and beautiful presented. This leek mouse with crab and asparagus just one of the taste sensations.
Fascinating food, great service
Nice swanky food. Original. Set meal, they prefer to serve you their multi course set menu but a La carte possible. Some excellent innovative courses, some others less successful. Can be quiet during the week.
One of the most exciting restaurants I've eaten at in a long time. A really good understanding of flavours and consideration towards using locally sourced ingredients. I'd highly recommend eating here over some of the safer established restaurants in Edinburgh.
We ordered the larger of the two possible degustation menus. Only one of the dishes was really a success. The others, an attempt. Every chef comes out of the cuisine, open to the customers, with his own "creation". Very expensive for what you get. Nice staff.
