Amazing lunch after hiking up to Arthur's seat. Best haggis I had in Scotland. Do not be turned off if there is no one else inside. We were the only ones eating for a while, but the owner had great conversation with us and the lunch was perfect.
Our first attempt with Scottish food. It was a win for sure. The service was good, the food was tasty and the portion was big enough. We ate Beef And Edinburgh Ale Pie With Hand Cut Chips and drank local IPA and dark beer. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to try out the Scottish cousin at a friendly price.
Excellent food and service, very nice atmosphere. Ended up eating here twice it was so good! Highly recommend reserving a table for dinner on weekends but lunch was just a walk-in-sit-down affair. The Sticky Ginger dessert is amazing!
Delicious Scottish food experience. Highly recommended. You can come in here with your family and have the best Haggis, Black pudding, Scottish salmon, and whiskey you’ve been looking for.
Amazing meal! Family had the cullen sink, the duck, egg plant and goat cheese tart, the meat pie, and the chocolate cheese cake for dessert, one of the best meals we had on our trip. You should go here!
Yum! What a delicious taste of Scotland! My first experience with haggis and tatties scrumptious! Great service. Casual but nice. Lovely decor and a warm atmosphere. The Cullen skink was especially good!
Excellent meal! Food was lovely, Cullen Skink was delicious and steak pie was great. Good size portions and well presented. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Attentive but not overpowering. Really nice atmosphere too. Will definitely be going back.
