Went here for the parkrun, but will definitely return in the summer. It's a place you can spend all day. A lovely place for a walk, and lunch in the cafe. Lots of wildlife to see too. Highly recommend
Many activities for adults and children. Wide places to want to and the Go Ape :nAmazing experience for all. Staff was really helping and to is all very well organised.
A good base for events like the Pyjama Race yesterday, plenty of space so you're not crammed in and there's good access. Cafe, courtyard area, gift shop, a decent children's playground, and apparently award winning gardens!nnThey do a weekly Parkrun also and parking is free for this.nnIt's about £40 for a family pass for the year allowing up to 7 people in the same car, to park and visit.
Excellent place to spend an afternoon with things to keep kids occupied or just a place to take the dog for a walk. The woodland has a path running through it with bins and benches dotted about. Some art pieces to look out for. Nice walled garden to see, kids play areas, crazy golf, farming museum, Hall, land train and cafes. Yearly pass is avadible if it's somewhere you may visit regularly
We took the kids here to fly their kites on the weekend. They loved every minute of it. The land train was great. They loved feeding the ducks and the one roaming rooster. Got a few bits at the cute little gift shop. We also went for a bite at lunch time, at the cafe. Some lovely pies and chips to be had. The cake section could do with a bit more variety. Very friendly staff as well.
