My son has been doing Parkour with London Parkour for over a year now. The class is fantastic not only for physical exercise but also helps with balance, confidence and enhancing awareness of your surroundings and more streetwise. The teacher Kie, is fantastic with the kids, giving positive encouragement and helping with their Parkour skills. I would highly recommend!
Great classes. Parkour is so much fun and a great all round workout much more interesting than the gym. Andy who teaches the Saturday adult class is an expert at getting the best out of everyone in the class whatever the level. This is always a nice group and really welcoming to anyone.
London Parkour runs great classes for all ability levels and experience. The classes are intense and therefore highly rewarding. I started as a complete beginner and have found myself able to perform movements and techniques that I never thought I could perform before.
I have been to these parkour classes for a few months now and I'm really enjoying them - they are a good way to have fun, whilst pushing your limits. The classes are intense, though the teacher adjusts the pace to individuals, and they are always good fun.
My daughter jumps out of bed on a Sunday morning for parkour! She absolutely loves the sessions, the instructor Kai is so positive and constructive, and her confidence and fitness have come a long way! Highly recommended for any child, but especially those who need encouragement and a boost!
We decided to use London Parkour as I was impressed by their website and the look of the classes they offered. They also had classes five minutes from where we live in my daughters age group of 6-9 years old. My seven-year-old daughter absolutely loves the classes and can’t wait to go every Sunday, she loves the instructor Kai, who is great with all the kids and I feel totally safe with him looking after teaching and managing the children. He’s super friendly and a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Kai at London parkour for all the reasons above, but also fundamentally my daughter absolutely loves going to the classes and hates when the classes aren’t on for holidays et cetera. She’s really inspired to keep pushing herself in the classes and learn new things and enjoy yourself on a regular basis, as well as meeting and socialising with children, her own age.
Really excellent! Kie is a superb trainer and hugely motivates the children into being their best selves. Mine utterly loves the class and it’s the high point of his week. I can highly recommend!
Our 9 and 8 year olds have been doing Parkour for almost two years now and they love it! They had lots of energy and were up for learning something new. They've learnt how to climb, jump and roll, and most importantly how to land safely! Kie the teacher is brilliant with them, showing them how to work as a team. I would encourage anyone who is up for something new and different to give it a try.
My boys both attended Andy’s youth class. It’s very professional with measured progress and it was great to see how much they loved it. The class definitely built up their self-confidence. Totally recommend.
These parkour sessions have been part of a huge transformation for our son. He experienced a number of health challenges a year ago and has got through these with a lot of hard work and positivity, but the one thing he’s always wanted to do is parkour. So when we found this group, and an expert teacher, that was prepared to not only see physical environments as a parkour challenge, but teach Ethan how this mentality can support him further through life challenges too, we were over the moon! We have great communication each week with the teacher about what the group of kids accomplished in their sessions and we receive lots of videos and pictures later that day which are the highlight of our Sunday afternoons. Sessions take place rain or shine, and even in the snow, teaching children safe movement in all conditions as well as an enjoyment for seasons, the urban and natural environment and a love of London! For us, this has been incredibly rewarding. Thanks Kie and everyone at London parkour!
