I was there on a date and it was one of the most perfect restaurant experiences I've ever had. We had prawn cocktail and stake which was magnificent. Cocktails were gorgeous and Rod Stewart tribute was the icing on the cake. Wonderful staff and service.
Had a lovely lunch at Nonna’s Kitchen with my wife today for the first time. The lasagne and calzone were absolutely delicious. The staff were very courteous and attentive. Finished by taking some of their beautiful cakes home. Highly recommended.
Nonna's Kitchen is that reliable place that you're glad you know about: it can be for a nice lunch with an Italian twist, or simply tea time: they have a brilliant selection of cakes, gelatos, so we had to have both! There is plenty of seating space although we were lucky yesterday as loads of people had booked and we managed to get a nice table anyway! Something we have done in the past is had lunch there and ordered cakes to take away which is an option to! Perfect for later! Definitely a local must go to! Again and again and again. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Parking: You can park on the street outside rather easily! Or park at the local shopping centre and walk across Wheelchair accessibility: Relatively easy access for wheelchair users.
Absolutely wonderful Restaurant. The food was delightful risotto and pizza and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and showed great professional skills. The restaurant was cooled and the service was great. Food was quickly delivered compared to other restaurants. Would definitely attend again. We booked a table for 4 people and 1 child we ordered a few starters and pasta's &risotto all the food was very very nice and tasty the place very lovely and clean the staff very kind and professional we been here for a first time we will definitely come back thank you very much !!!!!!!!! i really reccomend this place !
I went to a George Michael impersonator evening, he was excellent. Unfortunately they do the same food for every event, so it gets a bit boring - I had the chicken that was smothered in a tomato sauce, so couldn't taste anything but that. Not overly impressed with the food - would go more if they expanded the menu. The place gets very claustrophobic when they have an entertainer, and there is no parking so you'll have to walk to a car park or on the high street parking, if available, not great for people with disabilities. What the venue does have is lots of personality and atmosphere - is this alone enough to make me want to return there, not really! Parking: No parking at venue - high street parking or car parks close by Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but gets a bit cramped, so phone ahead first
Food was tasty but there was a big gap in portions. Some people's mains were adequately sized, other people's were tiny. Staff forgot things a few times and couldve been a bit warmer, but nobody was outright rude or anything like that. The atmosphere was great and probably the main reason I'd go back.
Best authentic Sicilian restaurant in Hertfordshire, no regrets coming here! food was absolutely delicious, my favourite was the calamari. The Owners were also very kind and attentive, Farshad who served us was really kind and looked after us very well. Desserts were delicious, thank you!
Nice food. Service at table good however after service not good. I paid a deposit when booking the restaurant for 9 people. £90 paid. When the bill arrived, my husband paid but we didn't realise until on our way home that they hadn't taken off the £90 deposit. It took 4 phone calls plus an email to get hold of someone to do our refund. I was promised someone would call me back or told to call back at a different time but they seemed to be just excuses. I got the refund eventually but it has made me skeptical about going there again as their customer service was very poor.
