Summary: Lovely hotel with a bonnie garden area, bonnie room with king size bed and spa bath, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and don't forget to say hello to Reggie & Tillie. Hotel: just off the main road into Lennoxtown, the Glazert is easy to find. Set in lovely garden ground with trees, shrubs and plants, and also a small pond with cute wooden bridge, and other nice little touches. Reception is a small desk just off the bar area, and we were seen quickly. Rooms are in a separate building to the bar area, but within the same grounds. Room: we had room 8, equipped with a king size bed, and a corner spa bath in the bathroom. The room has a nice fireplace decorated with acorns, and the obligatory flat screen TV above with access to sky if you're so inclined In the nicely decorated bathroom, you'll find a corner bath with spa function and over-bath shower, and a waterproof TV built into the wall by the bath. Perhaps our only complaint was that the shower head bracket on the wall was broken, so the shower head kept dropping. Besides that minor inconvenience, the room was lovely. Staff: each staff member we spoke with was friendly, approachable and helpful. Also living in the hotel are Reggie & Tillie, two rescue cats who adopted the hotel as their home. These two lovely creatures aren't too comfortable with human contact, and prefer to stay at arms' length away from you, so if you're not a cat person don't let this put you off. If, like us, you are a cat person, Reggie will let you pet him if you don't spook him. Breakfast: simply delicious. The best black pudding I have tasted in a very long time! We only booked the one night, but loved the room, so we may need to book a couple more nights at some point in the future :-)

We have, as a family used this venue for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and for meals. Have all been great. Staff brilliant and always friendly. Though I think it is now due a refurb in decor to freshen it up ( in my opinion )Ladies toilets near front entrance are not great. If you are a size 18 or over you will struggle to manoeuvre and get into the tiny toilet cubicles, you are better going to their disabled toilet. Other than that it also has lovely grounds and sitting area when the weather is good. ☺

Cute b&b. The beds are a bit firm and squeak. Dinner was good. Breakfast was decent. The shower fluctuates in temperature a lot. Good movie selection.

My family and me travel from bearsden as the food is just lovely . My daughter who is a little akward always asks the chef to make her cajun chips and he does everytime to perfection . The steak pie is delicious thats why we travel to here rather than hotels and restaurants in our area.
