A large menu with lots of different pastas, pizzas and meats.nThe Gnocchi was very good.nThe large portion is very filling only order it if you're very hungry!nThe atmosphere is alright, a bit loud though.nFast service and friendly staff.nRecommend to book a table on a Friday/weekend.
We came here for my mother in law's Birthday 13 of us in a nice private room with access to beer garden which was very welcome today .nGreat service , lovely food , great friendly helpful staff adding to the experience .nHad a great time and will definitely be back again , and would recommend this restaurant to friends .
Visited tonight for a special birthday dinner and we weren't disappointed. 7 of us booked for 7:30pm and we had two young adults who have autism with us. They're used to going to busy places so they were fine once we sat at our table but it is a very busy restaurant that can be quite loud so be aware of that if you're looking for somewhere quiet!nnFrom the outside Massimo looks pretty unassuming but don't let that fool you. You open the doors to a large entry, very nicely decorated, clean and inviting. The tables are close but not crowded and the chairs are comfortable!nnThe food is phenomenal. It's made to order so don't expect to get a pre-made lasagna that's just reheated they don't have it on the menu for a reason. The ingredients are fresh and it's beautifully prepared.nnTwo of us had pizza, 2 had spaghetti Bolognese, 2 had prawn & chorizo linguine and one person had seafood risotto. We also had some cheesy garlic bread and chips on the side. Desserts were hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and tiramisu.nnService was excellent. Attentive but not over bearing. Just what you want.nnIf you want to visit you must book. It's highly unlikely you'll get a walk in any evening of the week - it's that popular! We can't fault it and will definitely be back.
My wife and friends had lunch here on 19 May. 6 hours later she was nauseous then vomited through the night. Discussed with manager but they claimed there was nothing wrong with the food. They may be right. It may have been completely coincidental. We'll never know.
