Great experience and service at Nissan this week when purchasing a van for my business. The staff were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Big shout out to Darren he certainly knew his stuff when it came to vans and the commercial side of the business. Thank you :-

First time i have bought a car from Marshall Nissan Leicester and it will be my last one . Drove 190 miles from my home in Somerset to collect my car . The sales girl to be fair was very helpful and polite . I did have a quick look around the car and it seemed ok  , half way home i stopped to toilet and when i returned to the car noticed there was no parcel shelf . I rang the dealership up and told them and given it was Saturday afternoon the member of staff said she was sorry and would post one to me first class Monday. Monday came and i rang the dealership again only to be told it would be posted Tuesday . Tuesday came and again i rang the dealership only to be told it would be posted Wednesday for sure . Wednesday came and i rang the dealership again and spoke to a manager who said he was sorry and would post it himself . It arrived Friday . Next thing the car is covered in a very fine paint over spray which i am unable to remove , last of all i lifted the car interior mats only to find it was filthy underneath and had only been hoovered around them. All in all this is very bad service from a Nissan main dealer . Will i ever buy another car from the . NO !!!!!

Worst after-sale service. On the collection day the car was not clean at all.nThey don't bother to wash or hoover. Whatever we agreed was not done.nCan't believe the AC was not working and washer fluid was half empty.nWithin a week I visited 3 times with different issues and I have been told that every time you come up with a new issue.nnWe are paying a lot of money for the car and as a customer we have every right to get the car fixed.nnCar was not checked before handover by anyone. How unprofessional.nnDo not buy a car from Leicester NissannI should have read the old review before buying a car from them.

Big thanks to Issrar Hussein and Nissan for making our experience easy, quick and seamless. We needed a tight turnaround and he went above and beyond to make it happen for us. Receptionist is very polite and welcoming and we were never left waiting around. Definitely would recommend Issrar and Nissan Abbey Lane. Enjoying our new Ariya!
