Couldn't recommend more of this Hifi dealer. The after sale service is excellent as I experienced in my recent purchase of a pair of Marten speakers having to resolve a minor issue. Equally impressive is the equipment audition process in which I could self-service playing all my test LP/CD freely in the showroom without any interruption or pressure of buying. Such environment offered a chance of intensive listening and yielded a detailed assessment of the products for an informed trading decision.
Was interested in an amp from them that was an open box deal unfortunately it had already sold by the time the email had reached them. They offered me an excellent deal on the same amp and was very helpful in getting that all sorted for me. Prompt response from all emails excellent service throughout can't praise them enough. I purchased a Gryphon Diablo 300 with DAC, together with Sonus Faber Olympia Nova II speakers, Innuos Streamer & Solid Tech Radius Solo 3 Rack. If you’re looking for a friendly, passionate and knowledgable team who go the extra mile, then look no further. Great showroom with excellent demo facilities and an amazing range of products and stock. Nintronics helped me to make the right choices, nothing was too much trouble when I attended for a demo and once I placed my order they delivered and installed everything. Follow up support was also excellent. Needless to say I’m very happy with my purchase and overall experience. Highly recommended.
Just had my LP12 serviced by Nintronics and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Best £150 I’ve spent on my turntable. It’s like a massive upgrade! Bob and Adam were great to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly.

WARNING WARNING Do not trust Nintronic !!!!! Worst place to buy anything ‼Disgusting service, like someone mentioned below , I don't understand this good reviews .I never received that kind of bad service ever before and trust me there is plenty bad shops around .This one is the worst ‼Don't buy from them that will save you from be disappointed and upset. After purchased from them they cancel my orders , they call me to tell me they couldn't find my order and they accept to offer something equivalent, fews days later after not getting any news, I call them to complaint and they told me to pay for something different 5 times the prices i ORIGINALLY PAID.......‼‼ What kind off the service is that, I COMPLAINED AGAIN , they say they will call me back , of course they never did however they were fast to cancel my orders!!!!!!!!! Abysmal customer service!!! Poor level of professionalism! The management should be ashamed ! Never shop again to this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID at any cost !!!! Enquired about two products, a Linn LP-12 and Classe Monoblock amps. Really struggled with communication which is not what you want when looking to purchase expensive electronics, so went elsewhere.
Been visiting Nintronics for two years now and have bought multiple components for my hifi and home theatre there during that time. The owners are exceptionally knowledgeable, always courteous and helpful, and never pushy. The shop has great demo facilities too and the open days they hosted pre-Covid were always fun and informative. For anything related to hifi, I would not go anywhere else.
My recent experience: You speak to receptionist type person who can't really answer basic questions, and don't get a call back from the "sales team" despite being clear about what you would like to buy; more hassle than it's worth?
