I used to love Ninja Turtles. It then shut down or was closed for an extended period and then upon reopening remained to look like a closed restraunt with boarded up windows. I collected an order to which they didn't have Donner meat for Donner and chips and didn't have 2l bottles of juice which they then tried to substitute me the value in cans which was only 2-3 but I was adamant I should get 2ls worth and was then given them. They shouldn't have accepted this on the order. The person who handled my cash then immediately went and handled some of my food, moments after handling cash. The food wasn't as tasty as it used to be and the service was terrible.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! waited nearly 2 hours for my order when It was only meant to take a max of 40 minutes and then when I called 2 minutes ago they said to wait an extra 20. Saying I lived 6 miles away when I only live 4 miles away, so what it takes 3 hours to travel '6 miles' in a car? gimme a break!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
