First time ever in Nandos never again my son his up to order our meals and gets told it's a 40 min wait for my 1/4 chicken most basic meal on menu I said no and just got a bowl of the cheapest frozen chips ever it then takes 31 min for his meal to come disgraceful restaurant Nandos excape don't go

I go 2 nandos quite regularly as one of my favourite places to eat   so imagine my disappointment when I went into braehead shopping centre   staff were absolutely atrocious  ,  not the usual service we get when we visit  other nandos restaurant , not one of the staff were smiling they acted like they didn't want to be there the waitress who showed us to our table I put that loosly she threw the menus on our table without saying a word to us and walked away all our food was brought to us separately and had to show my receipt to get my quinou  salad as that wasn't brought over was lying on the shelf for 10 minutes waiting to be served I would not recommend this store to anyone,     If ever in braehead go to nandos in escape were the staff could teach them a thing about customer service the service in there is 5 star in comparison

Brilliant service as always with great food. With also working in braehead and sometimes wanting to treat myself for dinner they always ensure my food is ready for when need be.
