Terrible service from start to finish. Wouldn't ever recommend ordering from here. Ordered via JustEat. 1 hour later I got a phone call to say they couldn't deliver my food, and told me to contact JustEat for a refund. I then ordered from somewhere else and the restaurant decided an hour later to dispatch my food. The app said it was on route and it never came. Any phone calls to the restaurant weren't answered. I'm now £20 out of pocket and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would love to give 0 stars . Will keep chasing for the money. Hopefully a reply with a swift resolution will follow this review. As an owner of a small business myself, reviews really matter and I should have checked beforehand.
Absolutely terrible food, what was claimed to be bbq sausage on the bbq pizza is clearly chopped pork from a tin. On top of that the only reason I was willing to eat this “food” is because I sat and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the delivery.. On top of that as I called to possibly see where my take away was only to met with the same hospitality and customer service as the staff sergeant at the police station as I face a weekender after telling him to ride his mother like I do.. Will never waste my money on this place again
I used to love Ninja Turtles. It then shut down or was closed for an extended period and then upon reopening remained to look like a closed restraunt with boarded up windows. I collected an order to which they didn't have Donner meat for Donner and chips and didn't have 2l bottles of juice which they then tried to substitute me the value in cans which was only 2-3 but I was adamant I should get 2ls worth and was only then given them. They shouldn't have accepted this on the order. The person who handled my cash then immediately went and handled some of my food, moments after handling cash. The food wasn't as tasty as it used to be and the service was terrible.
Disgusting filthy place infested with larder beetles, they are spraying pro strength insecticides everywhere with uncovered food laying about,, Regularly burn the pizzas and just cut the burnt bits off and send them out. No hygiene certificate because not a chance in hell they would get one and only open after 7pm so that council inspectors don't visit.. Suggest you call in and see how filthy it is before ordering a takeaway from here!!!
Avoid. Order was wrong and when we were sent another it was also wrong. Delivery driver told us he would return with another. After waiting over an hour for our third and hopefully correct order, we were told infact no one was coming as they believed what they sent was correct.... surely I know what I ordered? It's in black and white on just eat and restaurant was advised during call i could not eat what they had sent in error due to allergies. Was refused any sort of refund and was asked to return the food that had been sitting in my house for several hours. My partner then physically took himself to the restaurant to request the refund and was left sitting for over an hour before the manager authorised a refund. Absolute joke in terms of customer service and food is less than standard. Will never use again and will advise other's the same.
Just phoned them at 2am. Ordered bag chips and kebab. Including delivery was told £11 odds. Bit expensive if it was earlier but at 2am can't complain. Give them 30 mins to deliver if not I'm going to bed
AVOID THIS PLACE. Partner used my hungry house account which ended up with me being phoned at 3am off a random mobile number and given abuse because the delivery driver couldn't find the right address. Person on the phone very aggressive and intimidating. Absolutely shocking customer service and weird that he uses his personal mobile to phone from instead of the shop phone.
Certifiably one of the worst takeaways I’ve ordered from. Not only was the food abysmal but they couldn’t even get the order right. Don’t waste your time and money.
The chicken burger looked like chicken coloured foam. The ham on the pizza was spam. The chips were undercooked, I will never order from here again
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! waited nearly 2 hours for my order when It was only meant to take a max of 40 minutes and then when I called 2 minutes ago they said to wait an extra 20. Saying I lived 6 miles away when I only live 4 miles away, so what it takes 3 hours to travel '6 miles' in a car? gimme a break!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
