There is very little we can add to previous good reviews other than to say that Nigel & the staff are all approachable,friendly & helpful.Messages are passed on and usually responded to promptly where possible.Without doubt the sale of my partner's property was helped significantly by Nigel's years of experience & knowledge not just of the local property and his relationships with the various solicitor firms but also of the local population and cultural requirements of many buyers.Furthermore,unlike Petty Real and many other local estate agents Nigel Darcy Estate Agents do have premises based in the immediate locale where potential buyers and sellers can and do walk into for face to face contact.This does make all the difference when selling in the Nelson,Brierfield etc. area whether you are a buying or selling.Thanks again Nigel.Kind Regards David and Anne Hana
Such friendly staff and Nigel's a lovely man. They handled my viewings with ease and gave me all info I requested.
Really pleased with the way my parents house sale was handled by Nigel. He knows the area, is professional but straightforward to deal with. We had another agent in place first but switched to Nigel and were glad we did. Highly recommended.
If you want to sell your home for much less then the actual value then Nigel is your man. My property was valued at £60,000 - £65,000 by Nigel. I did my own research and took note of other Estate Agents and put it up for £80,000 and got full asking price.
Nigel Darcy was amazing throughout the sale of our property. He handled everything in a professional yet friendly way from start to finish. A swift and seamless sale.
