This is by far the best Estate Agent we have dealt with in Burnley. They have let out our property on a fully managed service and it’s been such a pleasant experience. The property was let out within a few weeks. We have been dealing with Sherry and Alicia in the Colne office. They are both really professional and very easy to talk to, they both know the property market really well and whatever promise they make they keep, that’s pretty hard to find these days. They don’t mess you about and always keep you informed of what’s going on and as a landlord living several hundred miles away that is such a relief. Me and my wife were really stressed about letting our property out due to many issues with other agents and as soon as I went to them they took all our stresses away from us and truly delivered. we are one very happy landlord. Well done to Sherry and Alicia and thank you so much for all your help, me and my wife really appreciate it.

Really poor experience and would never recommend for a first time mover. Promised me the world and said would give advice but after taking the extortionate admin fee, did nothing. And now have left me with deductions from my deposit for very miniscule things. Made me agree to having the carpets cleaned at a cost when I moved in but then charged me again without any choice when moving out at a ridiculous rate. Even though the carpets were clean when I moved out. Honesty would not recommend to anybody going in to see them. Fake smiles and don't want to help once reasonable notice is given. Avoid at all costs!

I asked 3 local estate agents to value my home with a view to selling, and Entwistle Green were the best by far, there was no hesitation in instructing them to handle the sale of my property. As the property was empty, the staff at Entwistle Green undertook all the viewings for me, they must have been kept busy as my property received over 20 viewings in the first 2 weeks!! At the end of the first month I had my first offer, followed by a better 2nd offer which I accepted. The sale process was very fast and efficient, and was handled perfectly by Kelly and James, who kept me well informed about the process of the sale at regular intervals. The customer service received by them was brilliant. I would highly recommend the team at Entiwistle Green Colne to anybody who is thinking of selling their home.

Would highly recommend. Entwistle Green Colne managed to sell our house within 6 months having transferred from another estate agent, who had not managed to do the same. What impressed me the most was how they handled a sale when it fell through. After accepting an offer the buyer pulled out after 2 weeks, for reasons none of us understood, but they were quick to act and we had another offer within the week and for an extra £1000. Would definitely use again.
