I was very impressed with the very efficient service provided by Pettys. The house was put on the market and sold within two weeks. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was kept informed of the progress of the sale of the property on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this Estate Agency.

I used the Colne shop for the sale of my house. All staff were very efficient and helpful. I had regular updates during the process and was never left out of the loop. All went smoothly. Credit to the company.

Petty by name Petty by nature. The director is a great bloke. The underlings are where the problem lies.
If you have any problems with their service and lack of knowledge they treat you worse than something that they found on their shoe.

On the market on the Monday taken off on the Wednesday is this a record.

I hope that my experience will help make a change that seems to be needed.

All started well selling our house fixed fee £1600 using Farnworth Rose on lomeshaye solicitors included but then extra costs kept been added from solicitors and to say there was no chain from buyers of our house to the house we bought it took 16 weeks which is ridiculous considering we sold ours 4 days after been on market and our offer accepted but that been said staff always plesent can't fault them in that respect
