Extremely professional and highly responsive. I really struggled with previous estate agents in the past. Local lettings provided me with hassle free service, the management and staff Kept me updated in all aspects. I would highly recommend them in comparison to other estate agents in the region.
Worst management of a property ever know to me neglectful worthless 2 year complaints of issues from damp to boilers breaking and still waiting chasing the jobs honestly our landlord had zero clue of the issues meaning for 2 years the maintenance responsibilities have been completely ignored they will cowboy any other jobs they can 5 star should be minus if your a landlord looking to build a relationship with a good company stay far far away entirely experience is over multiple tennented properties when we move we will never ever consider or recommend such a disgraceful company intimidating stay away tennented and property owners alike
