I contacted this estate agent today on behalf of the tenant to address concerns about how repair issues were being handled, which were negatively affecting the overall living experience in the property. However, they hung up on me three times, and I found even the senior staff to be unhelpful, rude, and highly unprofessional.
Family firm, so you get the best personal service possible. In our case they did everything possible to accommodate viewings, even showing our property to the eventual buyers at 7.00pm one evening in the middle of winter. We have no hesitation in recommending NICO Properties.

Staff are friendly and genuinely helpful. The business is often generous towards clients, whether purchasers or renters. Family run organisation so there is a personal touch. I have been a client with them for over 20 years and recommend them unreservedly.
Moved in to a dirty flat, pipe burst and they didn't fix it for about 6 months. Mould everywhere and mushrooms were growing in the corridor. Incompetent and shouldn't be permitted to manage properties. We informed them and they did not do anything. Send around an incompetent "handy man" who did not know what he was doing. Taking advantage of students. if you look at their only good reviews, they are both written by the same person.
