I have used Jalaram Estates and they have been professional and welcoming. When I have had issues they have sorted the problems with the house within couple of days. They have always been polite, helpful and treated me with respect. I was new to Leicester and they were helpful with useful tips. I have rented houses in the past in other cities and the service I received from Jalaram Estates had been nothing but amazing. The house I rented was clean and and when I have requested for assistance the agent have gone above and beyond to solve issues at unsociable hours of the day. I am pleased with their service they have provided me and I would definitely recommend to anyone renting a property and new to Leicester.
Great experience with Jalaram Estates.The staff always willing to assist us and find solutions to our issues asap. Definitely a recommendation! It was hassel for us initialy to find an accomodation on Leicester coming from other city. When we contacted the agency, Dilesh was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He quickly set up a house for us, which was unbelievable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property and is new to Leicester.
Jalaram Estate Letting agents are a great family run estate agent where customer service is right at the top of the list. I have been using 'Jalaram Estate agents' now to manage my property for over 18 years. I have never had any issues or concerns either raised by myself or the tenants in my property over the 18 years. I fully trust the team at Jalaram estate agents and as soon as the property was empty they would find suitable good tenants very efficiently, always delivering a great professional quality of service. The team at Jalaram Estates are very honest, helpful and are good value for money, as a fully managed property service they offer. I know my rental property is in very good hands. I highly recommend Jalaram Estates, to other landlords who require assistance letting or managing their properties.
Avoid at all costs, refused to pay back deposit or any help with covid , now trying to take us to court claiming we owe them money despite having all payment records in hand, All 5 star reviews are fake with Mr patel being the property manager. There service is disgusting, i lost a key to my bedroom door and it took them 4 weeks to deliver the replacement key despite having it in hand and not answering when i said i would come to collect. Even a year later this nightmare is still going on avoid at all costs please
The radiator in my bedroom didn't work for several months over winter - it got to below 0 degrees in the room but despite regular phone calls and emails nothing was done for months. Dreadful organisation and customer service. Often didn't even ask for rent, and I'm fairly sure that if I hadn't paid it it wouldn't have been noticed. When rent was paid we often received emails/texts asking why it hadn't been paid. Didn't pay us our deposit back for weeks after moving out despite being repeatedly promised it... The list goes on. If you're a student or anyone else I suppose please don't use them, there are plenty of better estate agents in Leicester that won't cause you any problems.
Super Unprofessional. I called to book a viewing, they told me they’d get back to me. I waited 4 days and heard nothing, tried to call back for the next 2 days, they reject all my calls and don’t pick up. I finally get a hold of someone from the estate agency and book a viewing for Saturday at 1pm. I go to the viewing, wait outside of the property for 30 mins only for them NOT TO SHOW UP. Poor communication and unprofessional. Avoid if you are a student or professional looking for a place to live.
If you are a student looking to rent a property from this “business” - DONT. They have no sense of organisational or administrative skills, often losing paperwork we were then harassed to provide again months after leaving the property. They never respond to any attempts to contact them, were reluctant to return our deposits despite us leaving our accommodation in a far better state than when we initially moved in, and could not even locate the key to my room in their office for the entire duration of my contract. PLEASE don’t allow yourself to be taken advantage by these people, the best part of my experience with this company was the day I terminated all connection with them.
Jalaram Estates Ltd were absolutely fantastic and went the extra mile to help me. I had special needs and the match provided by the company was excellent. I was very particular about my requirements and, having discussed my needs, Dilesh was extremely patient and really put himself out to provide a level of service that I was really wowed by. The staff at the main office were approachable, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Jalaram Estates Ltd without hesitation. I was so happy with my encounters, especially with Dilesh.
I urge anyone considering using Jalaram Estates to read this review before doing so. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their staff are utterly unresponsive and lacklustre when it comes to assisting you in any manner. It took me almost an entire year to have my deposit returned to me after a payment mistake on their end, which involved me having to call them multiple times, each time being assured they would sort it all out. So for anybody considering renting a property through Jalaram Estates, I implore you to use any alternative possible.
Jalaram Estates Ltd it's a letting company helping for good accommodations and affordable price for International students. I am 100% suggest who moving to Leicester you guys are get new accomodations is affordable price.
