Arranged a viewing with APB. Agent turned up late and looked like he had just woken up. He said his name was Reg Pollock but maybe should have been called Reg 'Pillock. He knew nothing about the property and had difficulty answering the simplest of questions, like whats the property postcode!?!?!... Regardless of Pillock I liked the property and put in a formal offer. However Reg Pillock never came back to me???? Completely shambles and mess of a Agent and apparently this idiot is the company Director!!!! ... My advice.... If your serious about property do not go to these clowns and especially not Reg!!!
We've just completed a very tricky 10 year lease with APB acting for the Landlords and I have to say if it wasn't for them this may not have progressed in the way wed hoped for. Always there to answer questions, meet on site or simply push this across the line. Thanks guys.
