Nicholas Humphreys Loughborough manage the house that I own and rent out. Recently, quite a lot of updating was needed whilst we were between tenants.I don't live locally so couldn't do this myself. Patrick was so helpful. He is extremely efficient and organised, and is an excellent communicator - keeping me informed of the progress every few days. He is a credit to Ben and the team at Loughborough.

throughout my dealings with nicholas humphreys i have found them to be very helpful, understanding and competent in all aspects when it came to using them as my letting agent

My daughter signed a contract with them as a student in June. It is now the end of August they promised the property would be professionally cleaned before they moved in. They arrived to move stuff in after traveling some distance and the house is not fit to move into. Dirty and shower head dripping black mold a health risk. We are calling in Environmental Health. Avoid obvious cowboys only interested in milking students to get max money for landlords.Avoid.

We were (model) tenants in a furnished property with Humphreys until last month. They got the full deposit, we looked after the fully furnished property during the tenancy, And paid full rent on time. In return, over three months they ignored repeated requests for maintenance, and reneged on contractual facilities they had promised us. The property was handed back in faultless condition and we signed documents for the guaranteed return of our deposit. We are still waiting for the deposit back. They failed to fix appliances within a month of reports, and withheld the deposit after we left, on seemingly spurious grounds.They don't seem honest and straightforward, from our experience anyway.
