I had an excellent experience with Belvoir Loughborough during all 3 stages of me renting a house: during the process before my moving in, while I was a tenant for 2 years (all problems were solved immediately), and during my moving out. I particularly appreciated that once they verified that I left the house in a really good condition at the end of my tenancy, they returned the full of my deposit without playing any tricks, which is not what I'd say for other landlords I had in the past. Therefore, I would recommend Belvoir Loughborough to anyone.

Excellent service from excellent staff. Used other agencies in the past and Belvoir is by far the best.

Belvoir helped me find the perfect house and the service from the team was excellent and friendly from start to finish. We will definitely use them again when the house is ready to let and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

As landlords we have used Belvoir Lettings for nine years now and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism. They are always polite, friendly and efficient in keeping us well informed. Letting out a property, which was once our family home was a difficult decision, but Belvoir have done an excellent job in overseeing the property is well maintained. We would highly recommend Belvoir to other landlords.
