Very poor after sales assistance, during my agreement I have had two concerns.
1. my first service I was provided with a bill, when I questioned this they said I didn't ask for a service pack with car, I provided email correspondence to confirm my original request I was simply told this is not what you signed for???
2. not knowing my mileage I was advised to take 20k per year so I did I recently called to see if I could change to 25K  I don't mind paying the extra, the car came with 700 mile on the clock I was advised by the company its not their concern? they recorded zero miles on collection.

Two simple requests  no help what so ever, unless you have experience I would recommend you don't use this outfit first time you take a lease car, I thought they were reputable. be carful

No customer service what’s so ever. I rung a couple of times left my details with them asking for quotes I was told I would get  emailed the quotes or someone will call me, Unfortunately it’s now been 7 days after the initial call made to them still no one has been in touch with me. 
I have now ordered my car through another company who cared enough to contact me back with all requested info. The reason why I’m leaving you this feed back is so to retrain your staff memebers as your company is losing business.
