management is poor. constantly lying. caught on many phone calls as i have them recorded. made complaints but later to find out they all work together so what a waste. its notvthe first time its happened several times. stay away from this keighley branch they also keep your credit card details and use it to take payments. I have reported this firm to fca and also the police as the company it self is untrust worthy

They were ok - but there seem to have been a lot of staff changes and when I needed to extend my rental, what I was told was very different from what I was told at the beginning of the rental.  I was told the rental would remain the same as the initial figure quoted if I extended, but this was far from the truth, and neither the office staff nor the regional manager, were at all helpful in this regard.  It really was a case of paying the higher rental or returning the vehicle. I felt the customer care was extremely poor.
This vehicle was also very shabby with a poorly repaired windscreen , messy interior and an illegal front tyre, which was pointed out to me by a police officer.  The staff just kept repeating that their charges were based on supply and demand, so they could change whenever the contract was extended - by the way, I am aware of the 28 day maximum hire period, and this particular rental did not fall into this category.  It's a shame to have had such a bad experience this time, as in the past I have found this branch to be very good. I did feel that they were watching targets and KPIs.  No apology received or alternative offered.
