Decisions about health priorities need to be made at a very local level because one size does not fit all. NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Group recognises this and this is why we have a ‘locality’ structure. There are eight localities and each is responsible for buying some health services in their area. You can join your own locality group and help influence decision-making in your area.
