Great service from Jack and the highly professional team at NFU Mutual Insurance in Cirencester. Thorough, clear and excellent attention to detail. Flexible in meeting a fairly odd requirement and the link to the underwriter was impressively short All in all top quality and a mutual too.

I have been insuring with NFU Cirencester for  over 20 years and despite the many changes that have occured in society since then with a bigger focus on money snd automation the team at NFU have remained personal and informed of my own circumstances. All changes to the policy initiated by me are dealt with immediately and they offer good value for money but when added to the personal service levels the overall rating from me is outstanding.
