Picked up my second car from Tetbury Audi & all went smoothly. Service was excellent & I would highly recommend Harry & Dan as both were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable throughout. This time I part-exchanged my old car and again, I was very impressed with how easy this was My experiences with Tetbury Audi have always been very positive. None of the staff are ‘pushy’ for a hard sale or make you feel pressured to make quick decisions. Staff operate with genuine interest & ensure great service from start to finish. I have been very happy to return for servicing, tyres etc for the last 2 years & will continue to visit with my new car. Jonny has been very helpful & has always ensured any maintenance/servicing has been booked in at a convenient time, sometimes offering to collect my car too. Very pleased & always a happy customer! :-
Had an absolutely faultless experience with Tetbury Audi earlier this year, when my Audi A1 was in need of full service. Not only was I kept up to speed and fully notified before the service, upon reaching Tetbury Audi, I was warmly welcomed, offered countless tea, coffee and biscuits and introduced to their customer relaxation area. While waiting, I was checked up on for more tea and coffee and was even provided a charger for my phone - the level of customer service was truly the best I’ve had with any Audi garage. Once the service was complete, I was sent a really informative video of my vehicle, outlining their findings - I was then shortly met, in person, by a lovely chap who clearly, and professionally explained everything, before taking payment and providing me with my car keys. I went away with a fully serviced, and valeted car - full on tea, coffee and lots of biscuits. The warmth and friendliness I felt at Audi Tetbury has secured me as a long-term customer - I recommend highly
Overall reasonable. Had to wait ages at reception to hand car over for an appointment as receptionist was busy with a customer. Meanwhile people would walk up and disturb her to avoid the queue. Service advisor was less than interested and didn’t seem to give any consideration to the fact I wanted to speak about other cars I own. Usually a much more personal service at Tetbury, it is by no means the nearest dealer but I was happy to travel the distance to secure good customer service. Sensing after this visit I will need to review this.
Richard helped us with the purchase of our new Q5. Easy process and really listened to our needs with no pressure, helpful advice, and went the extra mile with all aspects from test drive to handover. Handover was excellent and very informative. Bought a few cars from Tetbury Audi. The service department have always shown quality after sales care too, with the technicians providing clear, detailed reporting of servicing etc. Recommend.
I recently purchased an almost new Audi from Audi Tetbury. From the moment I entered the showroom I felt I was valued as a potential customer. Before I sat down I had been offered a hot drink and biscuits!. The salesman, Harry, was very professional and was clearly keen to find the vehicle I was seeking. Suffice to say the right car was found. Negotiations were realistic and the deal was done. If you need a new Audi go to Tetbury.
I had an initial appoint made for me which was presumptuous. I contacted the call centre to rearrange at a convenient time. The day before the service I completed the check in form. It stated there was a £20 charge for the loan car and that I had been advised - I have never paid and was not advised and secondly I was to be charged £9.99 to reduce the insurance excess and had been advised - I hadn't. The detail showed the loan car as an A4 Vorsprung. When I was shown the car it was an A3, not pleased. I requested the car be ready for 3pm and at 3.30 i received a call to say it was ready. When I went to collect the car it had not been washed as was agreed. I pay a premium price for a quality service which I did not receive. The Service Manager heard me complain and stepped in. The outcome was that the bill was reduced but it is a lot of hassle to go through. I am not sure I will use Tetbury Audi again to service my car, which is a shame as I bought it there and always been there for servicing.
Shockingly poor customer service and complete lack of communication. Four months to finally book a factory recall with endless reminders from me - then three weeks to complete the work that was promised to be completed in 24 hours, as they didn't have the correct equipment - despite having access to all the necessary data and having also previously serviced the car. A very disappointing and hugely frustrating experience.
Lovely service as always. Sarah is a credit to your dealership. Visit involved a service but also a protracted software update. Sarah kept me updated every step of the way. Received a nice gift as way of compensation. Small note - it may be advantageous to supply a crib sheet to those of us who are technologically challenged when a large software update has happened. Resetting everything was an interesting 45 minutes.

We took receipt of our new Audi Q3 this morning and can honestly say this has been the best car buying experience we have had and that includes previous experiences at Mercedes and BMW. From the first call made by Alex finance manager to the pre sale meetings, test drives and negotiations with Harry Griffin and Alex we were always made to feel special. Tea/ coffee always offered and Harry has been so professional with his attentiveness and professionalism. This is not just a dealership it is a family and we thouroughly recommend them.
