I dealt with Rhys Jarvis at Usay Compare and his service was impeccable. There was a lot of back and forth on my part, changing details and making tweaks but he was knowledgable and helpful at every step. I now have a policy with them and I’m really happy with the cover. Highly recommend.

I would give them -5 stars if I could. They were very quick and efficient when they were signing me up and getting money off me but when it was obvious they couldn't deliver the service I was paying for, I cant seem to get a hold of anyone. I've been trying to get hold of the broker who sold me the policy and said he would be my broker for the duration of the policy but for the last 2 weeks he has either been waiting on a call back from Exeter or he is in a meeting or about to go into a meeting or so I've been told by his collegues who tried putting through my call Waiting for a reply from the complaints team was at first "within 48 hours" but when I rang back 96 hours later, I was told it takes them 5 working days to get back to me?! I have had nothing but stress since signing up with them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM.

Liam at Usay compare was not a nice agent. He put me off of wanting to even further discuss. The attitude and arrogance was just shameful. It’s because of people like him I don’t want to talk to compare sites and giving my number.

I have recently had the great pleasure of dealing with Andrew Sutcliffe of Usay Compare. I contacted Usay Compare recently as my renewal quote from my previous health insurers was exorbitant. I dealt with Andrew Nolan who was extremely helpful and efficient, and was able to slash my renewal premium by 50% for more cover. Andy spent a lot of time making sure I had the cover I needed, and I have since recommended him to two friends who have both taken out policies through him, and have both made really good savings. I am very happy with the great service I received.
