Excellent service, I rented a studio in Kensington Olympia for two years. Had some issues with a leak when I first moved in but they were able to solve it quite promptly. Hadi, David and the other workers were so friendly and would always help in last-minute emergencies. Always felt safe and knew I could rely on the agency whenever something was wrong. Would definitely recommend!
I have rented a flat from city living London. I haven’t got ant issues with them. Sebastian, Julia, Hadi all are very helpful.even if I have any problem about house stuff they sorted it out very quickly. I highly recommend this estate agent. Thanks for everything

I really enjoyed being a tenant to one of City Living Londons property. Since the beginning, they were very friendly and personable which makes a big difference in the experience of looking for a flat in London. Throughout my tenancy, the team was flexible, kind and continued to be friendly. They were quick to fix any requests made and I never had any issues with them. Grateful that I was dealing with friendly humans and didn’t have to deal with the headache of common landlord issues. Highly reccomend them!
I cannot be more happy with my tenancy with CLL for the last 2 years in pimlico. All the team, Hadi the handyman, and all the people working with them are so friendly and professional. They helped us with a reasonable rent after the increases, Simonas and Julie on charge are great people, so sad I had to leave with my partner for different reasons. For the rest thank you and for sure I’ll rent with them again if I need!
The place I rented to Cityliving in South Kensington had very old windows so wind, cold and damp were a constant problem, as was the blocked kitchenette sink every few weeks. Although the agency always sent someone to unblock it, it was very annoying. Even though smoking was not allowed in the building, some neighbors were smoking inside the building and the smoke was coming into my bathroom almost every day, it was very disgusting. Even though some neighbours including me reported this issue to the agency multiple times, the issue was not resolved. The noise coming from the neighbors above and next door during the night woke me up almost every night, this problem was due to the old wooden flooring in the building and the thin walls to separate the rooms as well as that those neighbours told me that they were working from home during the night. Another important reason I left the studio, was because they raised the rent by over £300 a month just in one go. On top of all that I had mentioned above, I did paid the last full month rent at the beginning of the month and I left the studio on 15th. I had to request them the half month I had overpaid for almost two months and they tried to return me less money than the correct amount doing a funny final rent calculation of the days. Even though I cleaned the room at a professional standard before leaving and the independent professional who came to do the check out confirmed that and said to me the room had less marks and scratches than in the check in report, Cityliving deducted from my deposit £50 for cleaning and £30 for general marks and scratches. Sincerely, the price-quality of that studio was not worthy.
It was our first time renting a flat in London, but we couldn’t have chosen better. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we had to end our tenancy, but we would definitely recommend City Living London and choose them again in the future. They’re flexible, professional and friendly. Exceptionally quick with responding and fixing any issues and the handyman Hadi is always ready to help. At the end of our tenancy we quickly received our full deposit. 10/10 as literally everything was great!
We stayed in a rented property Managed and let by City living London for almost 6 and half years. People working there are very friendly and very prompt in addressing the issue. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a property to rent in London. You will have a peaceful stay for sure !
Overall the best experience of any rental company. Hadi the Handyman is also excellent too. We rented a small but handy studio near Kensington high street. It did have some issues with damp but we purchased a dehumidifier to deal with it.
We have rented with City Living London for the past year, having been renters for multiple years, these guys were the best landlords we've had. Extremely quick with responses and fixing any issues, honest, flexible and friendly. Unlike many previous landlords we've had, CLL didn't try to rip us off with our deposit at the end of the tenancy. 10/10 would recommend.
