Next store on Elk Mill retail park set over 2 floors with escalator and stairs. Ladies/kids on ground floor - mens and homeware on first floor. Free car park but can get quite busy at peak times as it is shared by all stores on the park. Good store with wide range of products. Needed to order some replacement lamp shades - assistant was very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to find what I wanted as they no longer stock them.... but she did eventually and I thought that was great customer service.

The usual next store, went in to return a faulty item, was seen quickly by a friendly and helpful member of staff.

Taken me 10 mins to get served and I was 2nd in the queue. Hope those at the end of the line have brought a packed lunch, they'll need it! 😣😣

I like shopping at Next but this store has a mixture of really good customer service and really bad.. also  the clothing rails are too close together in some parts of the store and it can be difficult to get through. There is a good variety of products through the store womenswear and childrenswear is down stairs and upstairs is menswear & home department.  There is a wheelchair accessible lift and Free parking, though disabled and parent bays are not outside the store anymore since Elk mill had a restructure of  the car park.
