I visited this store with my wife and friends, very open plan, easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Escalators and lifts available on all floors. Also has a a Costa coffee shop located on the first floor.

My fiancé and I visited the Next store in Camberley at the Meadows today (5/5/18) at 1.30pm, with our fathers and brothers to get them suited and booted for our wedding in July. We were there an hour sorting through suits and sizes for each of the men to find the perfect colour and style. Not once were we asked if we need help, no one approached us to see if we needed anything at all. The only one time we were spoken to by a member of staff was to tell the bride to be to ‘move out of the way please’ when she was trying to see her father and bother in the suits, in the changing rooms. We were next to the tills the full hour with plenty of staff around, the service was dispicable- or lack of. When we are about to spend £500 in your store we expected at least an acknowledgement of some kind. Such a shame, we have fond the perfect suits yet walked away with a bitter taste in our mouths.

The shopping area has very generos place to expose the various items .Everithing is created to enjoy the best shopping.

Shocking. I was looking for some men's shoes. Nobody in attendance Clothes and shoes lying on the floor. Took shoes to the attendant at the checkout. She then checked on the system. Confirmed they did have my size and would return with the shoes. They did not have them. After 5 different attempts they had a pair. The attendant handed me the box and walked off. I then had to join a long que If I did not have a gift voucher I would never have used them.
