My partner, mum and I had a wonderful experience at Babygear. We were initially recommended by my mum's work colleagues as a good "starting point" but we ended up buying everything we needed! The assistant who helped us was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. This is our first baby so we were a little clueless as to what was what and how things worked. She went above and beyond to explain the different safety accreditations and features of car seats, enabling us to make a fully informed choice. We felt really well supported and like she listened. We gave a budget we were looking to work within and she came in significantly under this all whilst helping us actually get more for our money. They have a range of mattresses, cots, bassinets, moses baskets and clothes. Not just pushchairs and car seats! We would gladly return to Babygear and would recommend to everyone.
Staff were very welcoming and offered advise on buggy/car seat packages and bundles; they didn't push us above our budget and were able to offer honest advise. We've been back multiple times to the store as the items they sell are good value for money and great quality. Could not recommend them more highly! Thanks especially to Stella who helped us find the perfect travel system for our little one!
We went to Babygear last Saturday as having our first child we are quite clueless and wanted some assistance choosing a pram. Stella was so helpful and knowledgeable and also very honest, letting us know the flaws with the pram we had in mind and giving us some alternative options within our price range. Not pushy at all and showed us how to change over the components and how it folded up and down. Checked prices against online and they actually had the best price we could find for the pram with travel system and isofix base. Left feeling much more confident in our decision and can't wait to get our new pram.
I recently brought my egg2 double and Danni was so helpful in helping me find what I needed, she was very knowledgeable. It was amazing to go to store where you can see lots of different variations of pushchairs and see them demonstrated. Highly recommended!
Excellent 5 star customer service with members of staff knowledgeable on all products. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs help or advice on purchasing car seats or pram systems.
Writing the review on 12th of February, pushchair paid in full in November and promised to be ready for collection in January. Called them 5 times, every time a different story on what is available and what had not been delivered yet. Got offered an ex display ‘if I’m desperate’ / baby is due in a week/ and a phone call at the beginning of February, which obviously did not happen. Very frustrating experience…suggestion- don’t pay in full
Just come back from babygear in Camberley and purchased a new BEBECAR PACK 3 IN 1 for my son. Just have to say what a shop. Natalie the young lady that served me certainly knows her stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. Many Thanks.

Oliver was really helpful and was happy to give us a demo on the doona pushchair what was great was that he let us have a go and stayed around to answer all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable of the brand. Later we looked at a by the bed crib that I explained my friend was giving me and he ran through the features and explained the difference between the newer version and the older one. First time walking into babygear and it was a great experience, not pushy at all, very relaxed and great to actually see and try products with professionals that know the brand and can give honest reviews. Me and my partner came in last Tuesday to buy a pram with no knowledge. Stella was great and happy to help me with our needs. She was very attentive and patient with us and showed us almost every pram in store. Would happily return and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you
