Melissa must be one of those customers who hears what they want to hear instead of actually listening. If she picked pieces outside of her budget then it's her own fault for the price. The guys here always work within my budget.

The have always been very open and honest with me about pricing and quality of the pieces. I have done business with them many a time and have never had any problems. I've never been surprised with the price or installation as it has been around what they originally quoted me.

Extremely happy with the service received and will continue to do business with them.

I am so offended Bathstore after 5/6 weeks of us chasing them and asking them for 1. a quote 2. a plan and 3. a delivery pre christmas. I approached them in september with a budget in mind which was confirmed by them as possible . Then Today I am quoted 150% more than my initial budget and told if I want my christmas installation (which 5/6 weeks ago seemed so reasonable time wise with no pressure) I now have the time till the store closes to decide and pay. We never once saw an itemised listing of parts and labour so had to go on oral information.To top it off they separated parts and labour when talking over the phone and until the card details where about to be handed over the parts where not included thus the price looked some 3,000 less. All that time an effort on our part wasted to be deceived and them earn interest on our cash deposit. Very unhappy strongly advise against.
