I'm not a big fan, sorry. The stores are just too big, the self check outs are a pain. As there are only a few cashiers, folk are using the SCO to put trolley loads through. Such a shame, if you're a regular shopper at tesco it's fine, but to a Newby, too big
The service is always slow here unfortunately, as the actual store layout works great. Sat at self service awaiting assistance but watching staff mingle instead, during less busy hours too!
absolutely shocking customer service self check out every time I visit this store. Annoyingly, I always need staff verification as I usually by my wine from here and only a few items, Staff go out of there way not to come and help you! They even look at you, see you need assistance but ignore you on purpose. Its happened so many times now I have stopped shopping here... When you finally get there attention they give a huff or dirty look. Not friendly at all so 1 star from me for till service
Did I go in on a slow day or something, there was a lot of space in the aisles and the car parking was very comfortable just as I did my shopping I was able to use the self service tills and pass out and off home sweet.
Was expecting a delivery before 6pm. It's almost 10pm and I have had no communication from the store. Had to call customer services twice and finally cancelled my order. I understand things happen but there are no excuses for lack of communication.
For a extra store you’d expect amazing stock, and amazing selection well not in the Sandhurst/Camberley Extra store. No pain au chocolat, no basic vegetables, and then asked where to find laundry powders, the Tesco worker was aggressive and did not respond. Don’t really recommend shopping here.
Very helpful staff, shelves are filled with stock. Clean on the floor on inside and outside + the car park. Tesco have got a chemist, phone and photo store, all in the same shop. Very good quality and excellent value offers, with your Tesco Reward Card.
The shop etc is fine - normal Tesco Extra, and it is good to see EV charging. However, the charging spaces have been blocked by barriers that are not in use by those carrying out work on site. Not very thoughtful to the customers wanting the use the chargers - especially given their own signage saying "Electric Charging Only".
Tesco is good but alot of things are cheaper if you have club card. Have and use mine is you forget yours. Life's hard at the moment let's save money.
I am so fed up with going to this store and being overcharged for my weekly shop, it happens so often , I always check my receipt it's a good job I do because it's normally over by pounds. I always get a feeble excuse that the cashier's wear gloves and tap in to many of the same item and that's why , no excuses , the management need to deal with this , I am sure I am not the only one this happens to. Shopping is expensive enough without all this . My last shop there 21/9/22 never again , will be shopping elsewhere at another supermarket not Tesco's
