Excellent place for food, great menu lots of choice had the truckers breakfast didn't need any more food that day, the following day went in for dinner had a haggis and cheese pizza, every item was cooked to perfection and great quality, staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely stop here againFood: 5/5
Bit apprehensive going in , but hunger was the main driver!The selection surprisingly varied, we opted for the haggis, it was great, but l would have liked a spot of gravy. But thats my preference. Home made food but prices you pay are higher than as per menu or board. Good portions. Special offers for truckers. Missing a lot of items from earlier menu. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with little burner for coming winter. Nice place to catch up with other "travellers"
Great for cheap truck parking £12 which also gets you a £5 meal voucher so really it’s £7 for overnight parking if you are eating, decent and sensibly priced food, showers £2 charge and a clean toilet which is available 24/7 in the parking area when the main cafe is closed. Safer than a lay-by on the A9 and much quieter. Will definately be stopping here again if I am passing in my truck :-. Diner and showers are open until 10pm but not sure what time it all opens in the morning.
Fab place food great staff so friendly its a must to stop ere also pet friendly will be back all cook meals fresh fab x
Was in with a group. It's clean but very typical greasy spoon. No options if you're dairy intolerant like me who just wanted a light bite like a cake and a coffee with alternative milk. So in the end had to watch everyone else having refreshment. I won't be back. Dietary restrictions: Doesn't cater for people with dietary requirements
Truck stop conjures up all sorts of pictures, however whatever your picture is- give it a go. The menu is varied but just had to go for the Haggis, neeps and tatties. What an excellent choice that was too. Value for money and service was prompt meaning that it’s a definite 5 out of 5 for this eatery
We live locally so have visited The Grill many times. Always a warm welcome with lovely home cooked food and great value. Very handy for the A9 for truckers and travellers. Kid-friendliness: Children made to feel very welcome Parking: Ample parking for lorries and cars alike
Food on table very quick.. piping hot. Very nice.
Its been a very , very long time since I've found a great truckstop" £12 to park ,food and atmosphere is great everything is clean and good safe off the road parking !! Get rid of the expensive motorway services and bring back more trucks tops like this one .Food: 5/5
