Columba House Hotel was a wonderful surprise in its discrete location. The room was generous (the bathroom was huge) and very warm and comfortable. The staff provided genuinely friendly and efficient service and the meals were delicious. We particularly enjoyed having a drink in the lounge and chatting with other guests and the garden would be lovely in good weather.

The bed was warm and soft and they accepted a last-minute booking even during the low season. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the room and the sofa for watching the TV out of the bed. The breakfast wasn't served as advertised which we understand if it wasn't part of the amenities because of the season, however, it would have been nice to have the communicated to us at check-in. Definitely a good value!

Beautiful property. We stayed in the Minister's Study room which was excellent. We went out for dinner as we felt the the menu was over priced. Had a drink from the bar later which proved expensive. A single malt and a large house red wine over £12, Other than that nice place to base yourself

I stayed there one night with my friend after a long trip from northern Scotland. It was really nice, cozy and pretty place to stay. We had dinner and breakfast there, the foods was amazing. The staffs were super nice and friendly.
